Hybrid work is here to stay

In his most recent article for the Rochester Beacon, "Hybrid work is here to stay," Dean Kenneth S. Rhee, PhD, discusses the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on traditional work settings. In this piece, Rhee names pros and cons of in office and remote work spaces and poses that, regardless of an employee's work station location, leaders of today and tomorrow can be relatively certain that with COVID came several shifts to the business environment. These shifts had resulted in adaptability by leadership across the board being key because the culture of hybrid work is here to stay.
